Where is my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse we will send an email to the address registered on your account to confirm that it is on its way. This email will confirm the unique consignment number that the courier has provided for your order along with the courier provider and instructions on how you can track your order. Please allow at least 12 – 24 hours after purchase for this to be processed and updated.
If your order has not arrived within the advertised delivery timescale, please contact us as soon as possible and we will look into this for you.
