Shipping policy
As soon as your order has been packed and dispatched, we’ll email a tracking link to the address on your account. Please allow 12–24 hours after dispatch for tracking to update.
- Order processing: Mon–Fri, orders placed before 3 PM NZST are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or public holidays are processed the next business day.
- General NZ delivery window: Most orders arrive within 2–4 business days (location dependent).
We dispatch from regional hubs to speed up delivery:
- New Zealand warehouse (serves NZ & Australia)
- Singapore warehouse (serves Singapore & Malaysia)
- Hong Kong warehouse (serves Hong Kong & UAE)
- Check your inbox (and junk) for Go Good confirmation and tracking emails.
- Open the tracking link for courier updates.
- Confirm your delivery address details are correct.
- Look for delivery cards, courier emails, or missed-call notifications.
- Check safe-drop areas (letterbox, porch, behind gates, under outdoor furniture, etc.).

- Currencies: NZ rates shown in NZD; Australia in AUD; Singapore in SGD; Malaysia in MYR; Hong Kong in HKD; UAE in USD.
- Duties & Taxes: International orders may attract import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by local customs. These are the customer’s responsibility. We must declare the retail value and cannot mark parcels as “gift”.
- Weekend / Public Holidays: Couriers generally don’t collect or deliver on weekends/public holidays; this may extend delivery times.
- Rural Delivery (NZ): An additional rural surcharge applies and can add delivery time.
- PO Boxes: Some services cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address where required.
