INGREDIENTS
Porridge
- 2 x Fibre-Rich Creamy Original Oat Sachets (180g)
- 1 scoop of GoGood Whey Protein Isolate + Organic Vanilla (30g)
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 1⁄4 cup water
- 1⁄4 cup coconut milk
- 1⁄2 banana (mashed)
- 1 Nut Brothers Peanut Butter Slug
- Pinch of salt
Topping
- 1⁄2 banana (sliced)
- 1 Nut Brothers Peanut Butter Slug
- 1⁄4 cup greek or coconut yoghurt
- 1⁄4 cup granola or nut and seed mix
- Maple syrup to taste
DIRECTIONS
- In a small saucepan, add the oats, protein powder, chia seeds, a pinch of salt, water and coconut cream.
- Place over medium heat and cook, stirring often, until the oats are soft and creamy. Add a little more water if you prefer a thinner consistency.
- Stir in the mashed banana and peanut butter until well combined.
- Divide between two bowls and top with sliced banana, a spoonful of peanut butter, yoghurt, a sprinkle of granola and a drizzle of maple syrup to taste.
