How can payment be made?
We accept the following forms of payment

Please note for all direct bank transfers and deposits please state your order number and name as a reference.

Why am I experiencing issues with credit payment?
- Check the card details have been entered correctly, including the expiry date.
- Make sure you enter the security code correctly – that’s the three-digit number on the back of your card.
- Your card issuer may have declined the payment – as they don’t tell us the reason for this, it’s best to check with them.
If you’ve tried all of the above, try paying with another card otherwise contact us directly at hello@gogood.com.au. Sometimes technical problems are experienced on our end.
When will I be charged?
Credit card and Paypal payments will be charged at the time the transaction is completed. All pre-orders or back-orders will be charged at the time the order is placed. Orders are then shipped once the product becomes available.
