Australian shipping times
All orders before 3 pm AEDT will be processed the same day otherwise please allow 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
As soon as your order is packed and dispatched we will send an email to the address registered on your account. This email will confirm the unique consignment number that the courier has provided for your order along with the courier provider and instructions on how you can track your order. Please allow at least 12 – 24 hours after purchase for this to be processed and updated.
Australian delivery times
Sydney Metro & Eastern States allow 2 – 4 business days for your order to arrive.
Western States allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive.
For orders taking longer than expected to arrive, please follow the following instructions:
- Check any confirmation correspondence from Go Good in your inbox or junk folder.
- Identify tracking status and updates.
- Check delivery details are correct.
- Check for any correspondence left by couriers - delivery cards or phone calls.
- Check any safe areas that a courier may have left your package around your property. In letterboxes, behind gates, under outdoor furniture - generally in the vicinity of your front door.
- If you live in an apartment or unit block ask reception or neighbours

Australia refunds and returns
Returns Policy
If you’re not satisfied then neither are we. We offer unconditional returns on all unopened purchases made through our online store.
Note: Unless you’re returning a product because of an error on our part, all returns need to be paid for by the customer.
Please inspect the goods carefully before signing and accepting. If the goods arrive in a damaged state contact us immediately and we will rectify any issues. All items damaged in transit are covered by our courier insurance.
Any opened product will not be refunded unless there is an issue with product quality. If this is the case then a replacement product will be shipped free of charge.
Incorrect Orders
Occasionally incorrect orders are shipped. If this happens please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will resend the correct order immediately and cover all associated costs.
We reserve the right to request incorrect or defective orders to be returned to Go Good at our expense and may ask for photo evidence via email for proof that the item is either damaged or defective as a condition of refund.

How to return goods
To organise a replacement or return your product please contact us directly at hello@gogood.com.au - we are available 7 days per week. You should expect to receive a same-day response.
We will lodge a freight forward and advise what to do with the item. Only once returned goods are received and inspected by Go Good a refund will be issued or a replacement product dispatched.
Please note we can only issue a refund to credit cards and accounts that were used to make the purchase.
