If you’re someone who craves a little something sweet after dinner but still want to keep things on track you have to try these protein doughnuts.
They’re soft, fluffy, high in protein, and low in calories... the perfect guilt-free dessert. Even better? Pop one in the microwave for 10 seconds and enjoy it warm and comforting without the sugar crash - created by @jemma.nutritionist
INGREDIENTS
- 40g Oat Flour
- 15g GoGood Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
- 15g Low calorie sweetener
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- Pinch of Salt
- 110g Greek Yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Combine the dry ingredients then stir in the wet ingredients.
- Spray a donut tray with oil and divide batter between 5.
- Bake for 10-5 minutes till just cooked through. (Don't overcook or they'll be dry)
- Let cool before spraying with oil and coating in cinnamon sugar. (2 tbsp sweetener + 1 tsp cinnamon)
